The Intellectual Property Office (IPO) has announced that it will be opening up a second consultation regarding exceptions to copyright of specific relevance to education and research. http://www.ipo.gov.uk/about/press/press-release/press-release-2009/press-release-20091211.htm. The consultation is here: http://www.ipo.gov.uk/consult-gowers2.pdf and includes wording for a draft statutory instrument.
