Accessing and using third party content

If digital material is not owned by yourself or your organisation, permissions will need to be sought from third party rights holders to use the content that they have created. Digital content very often consists of multiple layers of content and thus, multiple layers of rights. These tools aim to explain, offer practical advice and provide enhanced understanding on how permission for use can be sought from 3rd party rights owners.
